Hi lovely, I'm Nicole, founder of The Sculpt Method. Like many women, I struggled with my weight for most of my life. I spent years jumping between diets, intense workouts, restriction and guilt — and none of it worked long term.
Everything changed when I shifted my focus from doing more to doing what actually works with the female body. I began to understand hormones, stress, metabolism and consistency in a whole new way.
The Sculpt Method was born from this realisation — a simple, sustainable approach built on mindful movement, balance and small daily habits that create big results. As a Personal Trainer for over 15 years, I've guided women through the same transformation I created for myself.
Now at 38, I move less than ever before, yet I stay lean, strong and energised all year round — because I finally understand what actually works for women's bodies, hormones and metabolism.
